We are now able to offer Overseas Postage with two options for small deliveries and large deliveries:
- A Small Delivery is deemed as having ordered a few smaller items (i.e keyrings) or one large item (i.e a Wedding Guest Book).
- Where as a Large Delivery will be deemed as having ordered multiple items (i.e a mug and photo album or keyrings and cufflinks).
Please note: Any import taxes or additional fees are to be paid for by you, the customer, so please check if there may be any additional charges.
We redeem the right to alter any postage charge if the incorrect delivery option has been selected.
- Dispatched within 24 hours:
Cards, Chocolate Bars and Selected Mugs
- Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed and Embroidered Items, and Candles
- Dispatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glasses
Although we endeavor to dispatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We accept returns as long as the item is in the exact same condition as sent to the customer and returned in 7 days of purchase.
Postage charges are to be paid in full by the buyer.
All personalised items are non-returnable, so please make sure all spellings are correct before completing the order.
We also recommend sending it back to us via a signed for delivery option, as we can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned.

We are only able to accept telephone payments during office opening hours which is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. (Our office is based at home with the two younger members of the team running around so we’re not always able to answer the phone straight away).
